Staff exchange

Learning from one another

The first staff exchange under the Green Connections Academy project brought the team from Leśna Baza NaTurka to Dziupla Forest Preschool in Kielce.

The best solutions often emerge when we can see them in practice. Staff exchanges are therefore an important part of the Green Connections Academy project, enabling people working in education close to nature to learn from other settings and draw on their established good practice.

The first exchange took place at Dziupla Forest Preschool in Kielce, which hosted a team from Leśna Baza NaTurka. It was a time for observing daily practice, talking and sharing experience that can be difficult to convey during a training session or online meeting.

We believe the development of education close to nature depends on collaboration. When people from different settings can learn from one another, they strengthen both their own competencies and the quality of the wider community.

We thank both teams for their openness, their willingness to share experience and their contribution to a culture of collaboration.
